DESIGNATION :
Senior Developer (Network)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and Drive Automation Initiatives related to Network Infrastructure deployment in conjunction with various teams e.g. Automation, Engineering, Operation and/or security
Manage network domain automation deliverables across project delivery lifecycle that includes Process Simplification, Project Provisioning, Change Automation, Compliance reporting and transversal service layer integration
Develop and deploy new software, workflow and script to automate identified manual process to achieve One Touch Provisioning
Demonstrate continuous effort for identifying problematic area and providing permanent fixes related to Network Infra deployment and ongoing support
Work with OEM Vendors to drive Automation on all Network Deployment activities
Communicating with business users and providing expert advice.
Ensures assigned network project tasks are delivered on time, on budget against agreed scope

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in infrastructure automation with particular focus on network infrastructure automation
Working knowledge in designing Infrastructure as a Code (IAC) process, methodology and implementation
Experience in SDLC and DevOps
Strong experience in scripting and programming language like Python, Perl, or other scripting languages
Experience with network automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Strong experience in API development and system integration
Working knowledge in Linux / Unix environment
Knowledge and experience in one or more Automation product suites (e.g. AppViewX, Itential or Red Hat Ansible)
Knowledge of network infrastructure
Knowledge of NetOps 2.0
Preferable to have knowledge in Robotic Process Automation
Preferable to have knowledge in Nessus Attack Scripting Language (NASL) or NASL API calls
Preferable to have knowledge in Service Integration with Industry platforms (e.g. ServiceNow)
Strong problem solving and analytical skill
