    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update records and system data
    • Support the new supply chain program implementation specially in system set up, documentation, checking, approval verification and communication with different functional team.
    • Analysis the forecast variation and verify with relevant parties before uploading into system.
    • Maintain and prepare different kind of reports on weekly basis per each account. Focusing on forecasting and inventory controlling areas.
    • Control and manage the inventory under the MRP pool.
    • Take the full responsibility for executing and managing the inventory transaction of each consignment hub at system level.
    • Execute the inventory reconciliation between hub provided data and company inventory record, identify any discrepancy and drive the solution with Sales.
    • Monitor the inventory aging at each hub and expedite the aged inventory consumption with Sales.
    • Calculate and declare the inventory liability upon request.
    • Support the physical inventory count activities at each consignment hub.
    • Work closely with Product to identify the part classification and pass to Sales.
    • Work closely with macro developer to achieve automation in forecast uploading process and reporting.
    • Handle the ad hoc task assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • Min. Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years relevant experience in electronics components
    • Possesses advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Possesses intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook and Explorer.
    • Exhibits the analytical and problem solving ability necessary to effectively troubleshoot problems that arise in all phases of program management.
    • Proficient knowledge in manufacturing planning, purchasing and inventory management practices.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced, high transaction environment with strong organizational, attention to detail, multi-tasking and project management skills.
    • Possesses ability to set and track goals.
    • Possesses good verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedures.
    • Possesses solid basic math skills including the ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
    • In advantage of the candidate that has macro or EDI knowledge.
