What the role is:


As a learning institute, NACLI aims to equip our learners with leadership skills and growth mindset so that they can contribute actively and effectively to the community building efforts in Singapore.

This role ensures the smooth execution of NACLI's training programmes and course administration in support of the Institute's mission to develop strong leaders, competent staff and performing teams through targeted, timely and relevant training for staff of People's Association, grassroots leaders and other target groups.

Working in a team, the Manager is responsible for planning, administering and ensuring smooth execution of NACLI's training programmes.


What you will be working on:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supports the conduct of training programmes (facetoface, virtual or blended) to enhance the capabilities of learners that include staff of People's Association, grassroots leaders, student leaders and relevant public agencies.
  • Assists in preparing training materials (facilitator's guide, learner's guide, powerpoint presentations, etc.) and development of learning aids (learning posters, activity props, etc) for the conduct of training.
  • Assists in reviewing the training programmes through course evaluation analysis, surveys, focus group discussions with learners etc.
  • Liaises with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of training programmes.
  • Provides support to the Assistant Dean and Vice-Dean on all matters pertaining to implementation of training programmes.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years in training administration and/or related work experiences in trainingrelated environment
  • Professional qualification in Business Administration or related fields
  • Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Productivity Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Good writing skills
  • Good understanding of training administration processes
  • Adept in working with IT systems, numbers and statistics
  • Thrives in a fastpaced and forwardlooking learning environment
