Description

In the role of an Accounts Officer (Family Office), you will have a crucial responsibility in supporting the daily affairs of the stakeholder's family, as well as managing the financial and administrative operations of the family office.

Responsibilities:

Data management: Organize and manage various data, including the family's financial information and banking records.

Financial Management: Conduct Full Set of Bookkeeping and accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, prepare monthly balance sheets and income statements, and generate timely financial reports.

Communication with the stakeholders: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and information as needed.

Administrative support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, running errands, and organizing events on behalf of the family.

Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other relevant parties to ensure smooth collaboration.

Foreign Exchange and Financial Risk Management: Assist in managing the family office's foreign currency exposure and handling foreign exchange settlements.

Execution of Other Tasks: Fulfill other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high accuracy in numerical tasks.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with family members and external partners.
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality.
Selfmotivated with a strong desire to learn.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other office software.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Working experience in accounting or a related field is preferred but not required.
