Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruitment activities
• Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements.
• Establishing selection criteria for candidates.
• Utilizing various online platforms and professional networks to source potential candidates.
• Planning and executing interview and selection processes, such as screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluating candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System.
• Crafting job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
• Taking the lead on employer branding initiatives.
• Coordinating and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Projecting quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Cultivating ongoing relationships with past applicants and prospective candidates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any related field
• Minimum 3 - 4 years in TA for blue collar roles.
• Experience in F&B/FMCG.
• Strong knowledge in employment laws
