    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Title : Assistant Accounts Executive (Admin Role)

    Location : Orchard

    Working days: 5 days work week ( Need to work twice to thrice a month on a weekend & day off will be on a weekday )

    Benefits : Basic up to $2,600 + AWS + Variable Bonuses

    Job Description

    Basically, your duties as an Assistant Accounts Executive are as follows:

    a. Generate daily and monthly report for cash discrepancies

    b. Collection and packing of Daily Reports

    c. Vouching all Credit Payments and assist in rectifying problems pertaining to discrepancies

    d. Sort and prepare slip bags for use daily on sales floor. To ensure proper submission (by merchandising department) and filing of all slips

    e. Support POS Training to cashiers and assist in the supervision of stocktake

    f. Support merchandising department for any enquiries pertaining to POS problem solving

    g. Creation of cashier ID

    h. Filing & packing of accounts documents to warehouse

    i. Any other job-related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.
