    The Role

    As an Analyst - Employee Experience, you will be a key member of our consulting team. You will work beside some of the industry's top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.

    You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise in the business area you join.     Performance Objectives:

    Clients

  • Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas, providing advisory services in areas of HR strategy, employee experience, talent management and organization development etc.
  • Engage with senior HR and business leaders, design bespoke surveys/diagnostics, analyze data and derive rich insights about clients' workforce, culture, HR practices etc.
  • Analyse client and workforce data to develop recommendations and roadmaps for clients and present them to senior stakeholders, generating buy-in and commitment to change.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across countries to deliver a seamless experience to clients.
  • Plan, organize and track project progress to meet internal guidelines and client needs.
  • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels.
