Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate random checks on customers satisfaction ( Monthly )
- Review customer performance and suggest retraining
- Award customers who qualify for 6x,7x and 8x
- Weekday and weekend support function (Weekend on Standby
- Overseeing)
- Point of escalation after the support team
The Successful Applicant
- Min 2 Year of experience in ITrelated support or Customer Service is a plus point.
- Able to handle stress
- Customer success oriented
- Fluent in conversing in English, Chinese and Malay
- Diploma graduate or above
