YY CIRCLE (SG) PRIVATE LIMITED, a tech company incorporated in June 2019 in Singapore and is a subsidiary of the listed company YY Group Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: YYGH). We aim to be a leader in innovative workforce solutions, connecting human potential to the power of business. Our YY Circle platform streamlines various aspects of workforce management, including recruitment, screening, training, deployment, payments, and attendance management. As such, we will assist the company in fulfilling staffing requirements either for full-time or part-time positions. We are actively providing manpower outsourcing with information technology solutions for the industry such as cleaning, hospitality, F&B, retail, admin and others.

Job Description

· Reporting directly to the Group Finance Manager, you will be responsible

· Handling the full spectrum of Financial and management accounting which includes providing timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis the result of the company's performance.

· In charge of preparing financial statement

· To ensure smooth accounts team daily operation

· Plan, coordinate and execute audits

· Preparing ECI and corporate tax reporting

· Account reconciliation and analysis and coordinate monthly closing

· Providing services in conjunction with the FP&A function

· Oversee account payables, account receivables, general accounting and fixed assets processes

· Handle Group Consolidation

· Experienced in Listed Company reporting

· Perform all other related duties as assigned

Job requirement

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in accountancy

· At least 3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting

· Confident, professional and able to take stress
