- Perform time study in the production floor
- Extract data from the system and upload data to the system
- Perform data validation and control checks
- Analyze data collected from actual study and through the system using MS office, statistical and simulation tools
- Have understanding & application of Lean manufacturing such as process mapping, VA-NVA analysis, wastes, etc.
- Be able to do/perform time study and identify room for improvement
- Identify NVA, VA and OVA
- Understand different process flows and analyze the work method impact when going for automation
- On track to attain Degree in Industrial Engineering / Electrical & Electronic / Manufacturing / Mechanical / Computer Engineering
- Pro active in coming out with improvement ideas
- A good team player with passion for results
- Basic knowledge of excel & JMP
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
