Client:
A1 Main Contractor

Location:
West Area, nearest MRT Jurong East

Working Hrs: 5 days work week.

Salary:
$4 - $4.5
, Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability

Remuneration: 14days annual leave with Year end bonus + VB based on performance.

Requirement:

Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Min 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Recruitments, Screening & interviewing, Reporting to Senior HR Manager.
Some years from Construction industry experience added advantage.
Singaporeans may apply.
Able to speak Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking workers)

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee full spectrum of staff recruitment activities
Prepare HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Warning Letter and etc.
In charge of onboarding and offboarding of staff
Responsible in staff arrangement and coordination
Administer work pass related matters
Manage and respond to staff queries
Maintain and update employee personal records
Any other related duties as assigned by Senior HR Manager and Managing Director
