Description

Responsibilities

• Pre & Post contract administration including preparation of tender documents, contracts, budget, bill of quantities etc
• Sourcing for suitable subcontractors and suppliers to support in tender. Analyze subcontractors / suppliers' quotations for completeness and negotiate to sharpen tender price
• Manage and review project requirements, budgeting, cash flow, preparation of method statement, work execution plan, project schedule, and resources, for technical proposal of a project
• Preparing monthly report of earned value and projected final contract value
• Preparation of main contracts and involvement from the pre-contract stage to the post-contract stage.
• Processing of claims, contract payment and settlement of final accounts
• Site verifications of variation and taking records for submission of the claim.
• Perform project material procurement and purchase

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey / Civil Engineering or other related fields
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Possess excellent negotiation and coordination skills and able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
• Preferably candidate with construction or interior fit-out experience/background
