Description

Responsibilities:

• Create Documentation and Models: Develop detailed documentation and prepare drawings or 3D models using either AutoCAD or Revit (BIM) software.
• Maintain Standards: Assist in maintaining CAD and BIM standards, ensuring consistency and adherence to company guidelines.
• Project Support: Collaborate with the Project Team by managing Requests for Information (RFIs) and creating presentations using the BIM model.
• Accuracy Assurance: Verify the accuracy of documents based on the BIM model.
• Follow Workflow Criteria: Comply with the BIM manager's Execution Plan and adhere to the BIM project workflow.
• Review and Print: Participate in drawing reviews and prepare printed drawings for production.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform any other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Familiarity with generating BIM documentation, BIM Modeling, Coordination and shop drawings
• Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 2 year experience in BIM.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D, Bentley Open Roads, Revit, Navisworks, MS Word, Excel, and Acrobat.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in local construction industry.
• Good communication (both oral and written) as well as presentation skills.
