Job Description
. Provide data entry and administrative support
. Provide recruitment support e.g. schedule interviews
. Update intranet content
. Design impactful publicity materials and communications to disseminate information on HR policies
. Provide other day-to-day administrative support to HR team as required
Job Requirements
. Strong writing and verbal communication skills
. Meticulous, with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
. Familiarity with Outlook, MS Office and Canva
. Basic design skills and a good aesthetic sense
. Comfortable working with and adapting to different software and platforms
Salary: $13/hour
Working Arrangment: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thurs), and pm (Fri)
Location: Buona Vista
Contract Period: 3 months
