- To process payments and ensure complete submission of supporting documents.
- To process receipts from donors and funders, and issue the appropriate receipts.
- To ensure transactions are recorded correctly in the system
- To prepare accrual journals and supporting schedules.
- To prepare prepayment and deposit journals and supporting schedules.
- To support in the monitoring of inventory.
- To support in the monthly financial closing and preparation of financial reports.
- To participate in process improvement projects and UAT testing.
- Diploma qualifications in Accountancy/ Finance
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the area of finance. Ability to be hands-on with accounting functions is a must.
- Knowledge in any major ERP system would be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with cross-functional multi-disciplined teams.
- Effective team-player.
