Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Night Duty Manager to join our dynamic team.The candidate will support and oversee the daily operation of the Front Office team to ensure all guests receive a consistent luxury experience.
Coordinate with all other departments within the hotel to deliver a seamless guest experience,
The Night Duty Manager will also assist in coordinating financial returns including budget preparation,
Monitor departmental costs control payroll targets promote inter-hotel sales facilities
- Assist operational planning strategic execution recruitment activities aligned company policies onboarding program guest-focused SOPs training programs probation evaluations performance appraisals staff discipline feedback positive working relationships collaboration operations supervising Reception monitoring staff conduct grooming hygiene appearance cross-functional guidance assistance hotel departments VIP guests personalized attention resolving issues situations guest concerns empathy efficiency uphold hotel image reputation brand standards knowledge products services upsell guests escort various locations informed programs promotions events active presence lobby first point contact service recovery strategies updated information accurate helpful guidance
