Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
Negotiate contracts and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Manage the project team, including subcontractors and suppliers
Ensure compliance with all construction codes and regulations
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other consultants
Prepare and present progress reports to clients and senior management
Resolve disputes and claims, including the preparation and submission of claims to clients and subcontractors
Manage project closeout, including final payment and release of retainage

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and hospitality fitout projects
Strong knowledge of construction codes and regulations, including local and international standards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
