Description
Manage the Business Continuity Management and Facilities team- Design and outline BCM goals, objectives and scope for business plans and crisis management
- Develop, plan/update and ensure that crisis and business continuity management framework and plans are in place
- Liaise with various teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and communicate business expectations or needs
- Identify & recommend maintenance strategies that are adaptable to the bank's growth, change and resource capabilities
- Manage third party vendors pertaining to Facilities
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent
- Strong working experience in managing business continuity & third party vendors in a large organisation
- Prior team management experience is essential
- Experience in implementing BCP & facilities control in accordance with MAS and or other regulator guidelines
- Methodical, critical thinking and able to manage/lead in the event of a crisis
- Prior experience in managing third party vendors and related matters
