SCOPE OVERVIEW

Perform analysis of portfolio exposure, performance and internal NAV
Timely and accurately handle trade management and reconciliations (trade input, process settlements)
Cash reconciliation
Ensure trades, allocations, reporting and settlements are all in accordance with compliance requirements
Main liaison with Fund Administrator/Distributors/Partners on BAU matters
Set up new cash and custodian accounts and fill in all forms and obtain necessary signatories for new products launch.
Financial statements preparation, review and finalization of annual and semiannual financial statements
Rectify NAV errors, if any and follow up on error reporting and NAV correction
Review of NAV between Fund Administrator and investor reports
Undertake projects (system enhancements, GL posting entries & UAT)
Review the accounting and reporting of ILP nonunit and unit funds by ILP executive for monthly and yearly closing purposes.
Review/Preparing investment accounting as per EIPL asset classification and in accordance to FRS10
Reconciliation of the investment journal to custodian monthly report.
Review/Preparation of Group investment related report on timely basis.
Work closely with Auditors on audit queries relating to ILP and Investment.

REQUIREMENTS:

A recognised Degree in related fields
At least 6 years of relevant Finance Reporting experience in the insurance industry
Able to work well under tight timelines
