    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Publish & update job ads
    • Schedule interviews
    • Maintain employee records
    • Prepare HR related documents
    • Update internal databases
    • Co-ordinate with training centres
    • Store, copy & scan documents
    • Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist

    Requirements & Skills

    • Work experience as an HR Clerk, HR Officer or similar junior role in HR
    • Good understanding of HR operations
    • Hands-on experience with MS Office
    • Solid organizational & time-management skills
    • Able to commence on short notice preferred
    • Possibility to convert to permanent contract
    • Working Hours: Weekdays 9:30 am - 5:25 pm
