Job Description
The incumbent is required to roam frequently in connecting the company with hotel operators, airline operators and other travel service providers.
Negotiating contracted rates with the operators, including exclusive arrangements and service agreements.
Continuously review and expand the inventory with various avenue to ensure product supply stability.
Work closely with operators in terms of creating new listings and product for exclusivity.
Work closely with accounts and operations for each new listing and to review the workflow process for selected operators' booking.
Ensure related budgeting, operation instructions, sales kit, platform are all updated according to latest pricelist as approved by management.
To attend travel trade shows and other industry functions as necessary to continually research & develop products and relationships.
Work with the Sales team in providing product briefing and relevant product sales instructions. Educate sales team on term basis to better manage margins.
Work with marketing in ensuring availability of inventory and platform listings are up to date.

Requirements

• At least 2-5 years in travel line, handling product listing and sourcing.
  
• Familiar with travel agency's PD/OP workflow process preferred.
  
• Proficient in speaking and typing English and Chinese.
  
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team.
  
• Incumbent with high prior experience and portfolio are prioritized.
