Role Description
Talliant Advisors is looking for an
Executive Search Consultant to support our growing business.

The firm was founded in late 2020 by a seasoned talent management professional and is looking to bring on an additional team member.

This position reports to the Managing Director and supports the company's recruitment business. The trainee will pick up skill sets required of a recruitment consultant.

The bulk of our business is providing recruitment services for our clients. If you are keen to explore a career in the headhunting industry, this role will be appropriate for you.


As a boutique firm, we have a
flexi-work culture and as long as the work is done, we are not fussed about rigid working hours.

This role can also be conducted from home.

This arrangement will be most ideal for mid-career switchers who need the flexibility of balancing their family and work commitments.


Our founder has spent more than 15 years working for top notch executive search firms, such as Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds and has worked for Temasek Holdings in talent management/ acquisition roles and enjoys imparting his knowledge and experience to aspiring executive search/ talent acquisition professionals.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Research work
  • Mapping of competitive landscape of clients: This is to help us map out the "target universe" from which we can headhunt talents for our clients.
  • Report Generation
  • Logistics Arrangement

Technical Skills and Competencies (to be attained during the traineeship)

  • Learning where and how to gather information for research.
  • Learning to understand the clients' needs and hence finding and presenting the relevant information.
  • Learning different interviewing techniques and skills.

Duration of Traineeship Offered

  • 6 months

Approved Training Allowance

  • Mature (40 years old and above) Mid-Career Individuals $3,000

_This position is only open to mid-career individuals (mature - i.e. age 40 and above). _

Other Requirements

  • Interest in pursuing a career in headhunting.
  • Selfstarter who takes initiatives and thinks out of the box.
  • Good communication skills both oral and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Familiarity with using LinkedIn will be a plus.
