Description
**Job Description & Requirements: The Outlet Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, providing comprehensive leadership and training to team members, and ensuring the store's success. The Outlet Manager will act as the primary point of contact for knowledge and communication for staff and will work collaboratively with the team to maintain the right systems in place to ensure effective communication both on and off the shop floor. The Outlet Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the shop is well-stocked and clean, and that customer service is of the highest quality.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Possess excellent store management experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for knowledge and communication for staff.
- Provide comprehensive leadership and training to team members.
- Maintain effective communication systems both on and off the shop floor.
- Collaborate with the team on product knowledge, brand awareness, and customer service.
- Ensure that the shop is wellstocked and clean.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of working experience in the F&B industry, particularly in bakery & confectionery brands
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarinspeaking clients.
Job Highlights:
- Salary range from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,550 per month (inclusive of commute fee and overtime).
- Three months probation.
- Six working days.
- Shift rotation.
