Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to check architectural plan layout adheres to building codes and compliances specialising in industrial developments
- Preparation of all submission drawings and making electronic submission to all statutory boards
- Preparing detail, tender and construction drawings o BIM/Revit & ACAD software
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architectural
- Minimum 4 years' experience in the building and construction industry (Architectural)
- Proficient with Autocad and Revit
- Able to do BIM submission
- Able to prepare submission drawings/tender drawings/details drawings independently
- Able to check authority compliance for all authority
