    Description

    Ksisters is a fast growing K-beauty and K-lifestyle ecommerce based in Singapore - We are seeking a qualified candidate with strong interest in K-beauty, fashion, and lifestyle for the position of Customer Experience Intern.

    In this e-commerce after-sales role, you will be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brands. We are looking for a self-motivated, high EQ, positive, and team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Senior Executive.

    Responsibilities

    • Attend to customers' enquiries and follow-up on requests through phone call, email, social media platforms. e.g. handle exchanges/returns by collaborating with other departments
    • Liaise with our logistics partners to ensure smooth product delivery.
    • Improve customer experience by sharing customer insights internally e.g. customer's feedback on products
    • Handle operation duties as designated e.g. support popup store or VIP event

    Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in any discipline (taken in English).
    • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service for an e-commerce business, preferably in beauty and fashion (preferred)
    • Singaporean or Singapore PR.
    • Capable to learn quickly our online solutions for customer support and social media
    • Must be a service-oriented person with good Interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
    • Able to manage multi-tasking in tight deadlines and cross-functional team communications
