- Responsible for hardware development of Body-, Door- or Seat control Units.
- Design: Analysis of requirements, schematic design with design-to-cost approach, component selection, worst-case calculation, generation of design FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), documentation.
- HW sample build and HW prototype bring up.
- Validation: Electrical verification, thermal validation, EMC, reliability tests.
- Design of test environment for project test benches, EMC and reliability tests.
- Interface to manufacturing: Generation of bill of material, product test specification support.
- Participate actively in knowledge transfer between application and platform teams and different worldwide development locations.
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar studies.
- At least 2 years working experience in automotive industry or embedded system development is preferred.
- Know-how and experience in analog and digital electronic design, simulation, test and validation.
- Good knowledge in using E-CAD, simulation and calculation software tools.
- You are pro-active, self-motivated and a team player.
- Candidates with right experience in electrical engineering shall be considered for Senior or Principal position.
