Operations Manager - Singapore - BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.)

Description

Our client who is a global Chemical Manufacturer is seeking an Operations Manager.

The candidate will come with 8 to 14 years of experience across planning, production, logistics, QAQC and warehousing in manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading a large team across planning, warehousing, QAQC and logistics

Manage productivity targets, reduce costs, eliminate errors and deliver excellent service

Lead, motivate and support

Organise, supervise and control all production operations according with corporate and local procedures and guidelines.

Supervise activities and performance of team as part of organisation and human resources support which include development plans and trainings

Implementation of safety management measures and strong corporate and local EHS procedures


Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in related field would be preferred

8-14 years in production / operations in a manufacturing environment

Ideal 5 years of management experience

Good skills in English communication for internal & external communications and engagement and with Office software

Team player with superb collaboration and communication skills.
