Proficient in BIM Authoring tools for BIM Modelling and Coordination

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage design coordination
  • Attend BIM Coordination meetings and any other meetings relevant to his works
  • Lead BIM Coordination between Client, Consultant, Contractor, and Sub-Contractors
  • Effectively communicate details and updates for BIM Modeller
  • Assist BIM Manager in maintaining good BIM practices for implementation in the project
  • BIM Specialist Diploma / BCAA or similar in one of the following disciplines: (Architectural, Industrial Design, Projects & Facilities Management); Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure) with 2 years of relevant working experience in a construction MRT project
  • Handson experience in BIM Authoring tools & reviewing tools and software
  • Passionate about BIM / VDC
  • Adaptable to working both independently and as a team player, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Competency in the following software: Revit Architecture/ Revit Structure / Revit MEP/ AutoCAD/ Bentley Open Building Designer, will be an advantage
