Meet targets by increasing the profitability of portfolio under care, with focus on improving client account profitability through effective x-selling and customer relationship engagement activities

  • Xselling of our Bank's suite of products/services to portfolio under care.
  • Ensure accounts under care are managed in accordance to necessary policies and procedures as per bank standard.
  • Ensure accounts under care are managed in strict adherence to compliance guidelines, statutory compliance and regulations.
  • Engage in other duties that may be assigned by management from time to time.
