- Order Management & Logistics Coordinator, Export
- Manage the order taking procedure and support logistics coordination, communicating with suppliers, warehouse, forwarders and the importers (clients) for all export matters
- Responsible for completing and ensuring compliance with the full set of regulatory documentation process for international shipments
- Arrange packaging and documentation in alignment with specific country requirements
- Monitor and update shipment status to the importers (clients)
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation
- Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in Logistics or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in trading or shipping industry
- Possess good knowledge of full set of export shipping documentation, such as letter of credit
- Capability to manage large amount of data, by means of Excel and ERP
- Possess strong communication and time management skills
- Knowledge or keen interest in musical instruments and/or audio products is an advantage
