What you will do:

Defining and executing the Marketing strategy
Collaborate with various Business Units and functional teams across the organization to translate marketing strategy into initiatives that support both individual Business Units' operations and the Organization as a whole
Ensure that our numerous online and physical touchpoints achieve their deliverables
Create reliable measuring systems to monitor the effectiveness of marketing efforts and take corrective action
Lead, inspire, and coach a team of highperforming marketing professionals

What you'll need:

At least 3 years experience as a senior marketing executive, with budgetholding responsibilities
At least 5 years experience in the crypto domain
A stellar track record in building, leading, and inspiring marketing teams
Proven track record of success in a variety of marketing disciplines, including brand planning and management, campaign management, internal and external communications, performance marketing, etc
Active team player, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and good work ethic
The ability to be based in Singapore for the role, this is a prerequisite for all of our senior leadership team
