JOB DESCRIPTION
Support Keppel capital's fund-raising needs through close collaboration with the distribution and/or fund product teamsCo-ordinate and address responses to investor queries (e.g. due diligence questionnaires), requests for proposals (RFPs) and/or other written materials as requiredDraft monthly/quarterly reports to investors and ensure the timely delivery of such reportsAssist in analysis work required for regular fund reporting purposesSupport fund management teams in fund-related matters as requiredMonitor economic and real estate trendsAssist in the preparation of presentation slides for research and quarterly/annual investor updatesAssist in research on new investment portfolios, opportunities and ideas and the preparation of research publicationsJOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in business, economics or related disciplines from a top university or collegeMinimum 8 years of relevant working experience; strong preference for candidates who have worked at a private equity, real estate or infrastructure financial sponsor or who have investment banking experienceExcellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skillsExpertise in Excel, Powerpoint and Word; solid modeling skills will be an added advantageStrong analytical skills with high level of curiosity and passionA self-motivated

team player who is meticulous, detailed-oriented, organized and able to learn quicklyA strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well across different functions and levelsAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environmentBUSINESS UNIT
