    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Foster collective leadership based on meaningful relationships, emphasising collective responsibility for the success of the organisation
    • Build capability and capacity to learn, adapt and renew through formal and informal learning programmes, structures and platforms
    • Build a future-ready workforce through value creation tools, technology enablement, and innovation.
    • Design and execute a management and talent development roadmap for future leaders.
    • Develop and manage management development plans and budgets to meet human capital needs and create value for staff.
    • Collaborate with HR to support workforce growth strategies and build the leadership pipeline.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Business / HR
    • At least 10 years of experience in leading organisational development, leadership development and talent management within an organisation
    • Engage across all levels of the system, supporting leadership and ground in the design and execution of organisational development interventions.
    • Adept at designing and conducting interventions at different levels of the system, from small group conversations to large-group sessions.
