Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide guests a friendly and good dining service experience
- Process guests' orders
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to National Environment Agency's policy
- Attending to customers' needs and enquiries
- Assist in set up of the front and back of operations
- Assist in preparing drinks at bar counter and ensure bar counter is organised
- Cashiering Duties
- At least 1 year experience in front of house service
- Prior cashiering experience preferred
- Excellent customer service
- Proficiency in English language (Mandarin speaking is bonus)
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Courteous, Team player
