Responsibilities:
Lead Project Team in the pre-contract, post-contract and procurement administration of fast-track Industrial projects
Involve in measurement, project budgeting, cash flow controlling and cost controlling, claim processing, contract payments and settlement of final accounts
Maintain proper documentation
Prepare all coordination drawings, details, as-built drawings etc related to Industrial construction works
Other ad hoc duties as per assigned


Requirements:

Min 5 years of relevant
local experience as a Project Manager.
Self-motivated and a good team leader.
Meticulous and attentive to details.
