Description

Role

• Lead the design process for client's digital banking products.
• Define the design guideline for our core banking services and cultivate consistency in the e-Commerce products and related services.
• Participate and prototype end to end banking architecture and drive overall design directions.
• Lead / participate in user and market research to produce deep product insights and bring new innovative ideas to the digital banking market.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI UX Designing and development
• Minimum 3 years of team leading experience
• Able to lead UX design for multiple applications, collaborating with a cross-functional team, and ensuring a unified user experience across the investment ecosystem.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive user research, including needs assessment, task analysis, competitive analysis, and usability planning.
• Experience in developing high-level task flow content and using various design documents to communicate design concepts and vision.
• Experience in designing UI layouts for both mobile and desktop platforms, and creating detailed design deliverables such as experience maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand complex problems and articulate design solutions based on user-centered design principles and research data.
• Possess expertise with design tools, experience in an agile development environment, and excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Working experience in investment firms highly preferred.
• Frontend development experience and skills.
