Overall Job Purpose:


Responsibilities:


  • Attends to breakdown calls and provides front line maintenance support Perform daily operational checks on Clubhouse Facilities and M&E services.
  • Carry out inhouse minor M&E works and attends to all M&E defects in the Club's premise and other ancillary buildings
  • Conducts checks, servicing and preventive maintenance to the airconditioning system, electrical, plumbing installation and building services of the Club.
  • Provide M&E service support to events and functions by setting up and operating Audio-Visual equipment, Sound System, P.A. System, etc
  • Minor painting activities works as effort to upkeep Clubhouse façade
  • Inspects, checks and tests all safety devices and features.

Job Requirements

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/ Building
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facility/building maintenance, repair and servicing of electrical/mechanical systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wirings and building M&E services
  • Can do Attitude and ability to adapt in various conditions
  • Excellent Team player
  • Able to commit to working on Weekends and Public Holidays
