- Ensure timely and accurate month end closing and year end closing
- Responsible for yearly audit and preparation of audited report
- Responsible for yearly tax submission and quarterly GST report submission including tax audit (if any) and applying COR
- Prepare and issue invoicing, including posting of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Take care of domestic and international payments to vendors and employees and follow up outstanding payment from customers
- Checking and reviewing of monthly staff claims and payments
- Other adhoc task (for example statistic survey...)
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years of work experience in similar job positions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical and precise
- Good organizational skills

- Ability to work either independently or within a team
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities
