YOUR ROLE:

Assists business leaders in taking best informed decisions, providing timely, independent and objective financial information
Manages financial statements, business forecasts, annual budgets and ad hoc analysis reports, acting as a sparring partner to business heads on strategic and operative matters
Tracks financial results of business portfolio at subregional and country level and provides indepth analysis incl. corrective measures
Evaluates business unit strategies, projects, business plans and investment plans, assessing risks and opportunities
Supports acquisitions, integrations and divestment processes
Monitors Accounts Receivable and overdues
Leads the SEA controlling team taking care of recruitment & development; acts as role model to drive agility, entrepreneurship and digitalization
Together with Head of Finance drives optimal SEA controlling organizational structure and ensures desired level of business support
Develops and fosters training and knowledge exchange within SEA controlling community
Drives continuous improvement in processes and tools within SEA controlling community
Organizes and facilitates communication towards regional hub

YOUR SKILLS:

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant experience in regional controlling
Demonstrated track record as Business Controller, in a matrix organisation dealing with regional and global stakeholders
International work experience preferred
Team management experience is critical
Strong commercial understanding
Understanding of transfer pricing and statutory requirements including tax regulation
SAP experience
