    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Oversee and train service and maintenance staff.
    • Manage and source for maintenance contracts.
    • Prepare maintenance work schedule.
    • Prepare service maintenance tenders/ quotations.
    • Identify additional necessary works for maintenance sites through regular site visits/ feedback from site supervisors, and propose to clients with quotations.
    • Responsible in follow-up with clients on maintenance works..
    • Gather and share feedbacks from clients in his account with relevant personnel.
    • Ensure prompt attendance to clients' feedbacks.

    Requirements

    • At least 10 years of experience in ACMV field or 5 years in ACMV service management/ team lead role.
    • Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Electronics Engineering) or BCA approved certification.
    • Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Good leadership skills.
    • Client-oriented
    • Able to work independently and in a team.
    • Willing to learn.
    • Fast learner.
    • Resourceful, initiative, driven, and pro-active.
    • Able to multi-task and work efficiently.
    • Confident, positive mindset, honest, has integrity and good work ethics.
    • Able to converse, read and write in English.
