- Oversee and train service and maintenance staff.
- Manage and source for maintenance contracts.
- Prepare maintenance work schedule.
- Prepare service maintenance tenders/ quotations.
- Identify additional necessary works for maintenance sites through regular site visits/ feedback from site supervisors, and propose to clients with quotations.
- Responsible in follow-up with clients on maintenance works..
- Gather and share feedbacks from clients in his account with relevant personnel.
- Ensure prompt attendance to clients' feedbacks.
- At least 10 years of experience in ACMV field or 5 years in ACMV service management/ team lead role.
- Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Electronics Engineering) or BCA approved certification.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good leadership skills.
- Client-oriented
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to learn.
- Fast learner.
- Resourceful, initiative, driven, and pro-active.
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently.
