Description
Participation in vegan, allergy free and diabetic-friendly baking, decoration and kitchen work. Retail with interaction with customers is required to understand our customer's needs so that baking for them becomes personal.
- charge of assisting production schedule and fulfil orders at our Chin Swee kitchen.

  • It requires you to have good organizing and time management skill,
- ability to follow SOP,
- maintain highest hygiene levels,
- looking after our customer's dietary requirements, good communication skill, willingness to learn, ability to work with a team with a good sense of style and trends fora good eye for design.

  • You will also be required to communicate with retail department on production needs.
1.

produced pastries and cakes for clients with special dietary Baking requirements such as Vegan, Baby, and person living with Diabetes and/or Food Allergies conditions.

2. give our customers a peace of mind when they purchase special diet cakes from our bakery due to following strict SOP operational guideline
3. creative input on both designs and recipes, collaborative team work and person with integrity.

  • Use new technology to improve efficiencies and always believe that nothing is impossible, just like the way we bake.
