**As an Advertising Operations Manager, you will: - **- Set up SOP, SLAs and best practices around our product offering and guidelines to support BD teams

  • Define and set up escalation process to handle all types of issues around digital campaigns
  • Set up, traffic and launch digital advertising campaigns for a range of clients across markets
  • Track, measure and optimize live campaigns pacing & performance in order to deliver customers KPIs and ensuring recurring business
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, explore solutions and selfservices, and escalation to the PRoduct and Engineering team
  • Incharge of campaign performance reporting capabilities and ways to scale selfservices and automation
  • Develop and track revenue, billings, realization rates accurately
  • Coordinate closely with BD/AR team, account managers, product and engineering team to ensure issues are handled in a timely manner
  • Analyze supply inventory, data, and campaigns performance and make recommendation through costsprofits projection for product improvement, upsell and crosssell opportunities
  • Design and set up a framework to drive clear objectives and deliverables from the team
  • Participate and contribute to the Advertising team's growth and research projects
**Requirements:
- *
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience
  • 34 years of working experience in the online advertising technology space. Preferably on the programmatic/adtech buyside
  • High attention to detail, and good organizational skills, with an understanding of optimization levers, troubleshooting & testing approaches across different digital campaign objectives
  • Good understanding of online trackers, javascripts, HTML and their usage
  • Strong analytical mindset to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations
  • Able to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa
  • Passionate and excited about advertising technologies
  • Comfortable working against timelines and multiple projects
  • Background in fastpaced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management (Internal and external) is critical to be successful in this role
