Senior Logistics Manager, Seao - Singapore - LOEWE FASHION PTE LTD

This position is responsible for management of the Logistics SEAO scope of the LVMH Fashion Group business for both daily operational and project needs across markets.

The position works closely with the logistics counterparts in each market within SEAO, and is the primary liaise between the Logistics function and its primary internal and external stakeholders.

• Build a and manage a strong team that embodies the core LVMH values
• Manage the Regional DC for SEAO and liaise with interregional DCs
• Manage new market opening and buybacks for Fashion Group Brands
• Be the VOC between SEAO and HQ to represent the needs of the business for the benefit of Logistics' business stakeholders
• Support the logistics process flow and ensure smooth operations Drive for supply chain excellence, targeting on synergy, cost optimisation or operational service enhancements
• Handle inbound and outbound invoicing and shipments as well as reverse logistics
• Responsible for data administration tasks such as international transfers, warehouse inventory management, CITES log, billing etc.
• Coordinate with different departments and 3PL parties to coordinate effective stock movement and related communication
• Provide routine and ad hoc reports to management of each brand and Fashion Group
• Support retail supply chain projects and ad hoc assignments. Ensure the execution with feedback for improving operation efficiency.
• Support additional ad hoc projects for retail
• Drive initiatives within SEAO to target sustainability goals set down by LVMH Life 360

• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in Supply Chain/Logistics Management
• Background in Luxury or FMCG retail industry is a plus
• Analytical, problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong numerical sense and excellent MS Excel skills to provide accurate analysis
• Good time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Good project management skills with ability to influence/drive changes
• Fluent in English
