- Responsible for consulting Brand sellers on performance marketing, both external marketing activities and Shopee in-app marketing tools
- Advising Brand sellers on App/Web User Acquisition, Retention, and Revenue's Key Performance Indicators and their marketing mixes
- Designing marketing solution packages for Brand sellers, providing them with different marketing options, suggesting the amount of investment (cost estimate), setting together targets on Key Performance Indicators
- Project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to face new opportunities and address challenges in Shopee Cross-Border Business
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of sellers' paid marketing activities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on new opportunities and current issues including spearheading projects to optimize existing practices related to Business Development, Operations, and Logistics
- Efficiently organize and convene meetings during the operation of the project, and follow up on the implementation of the meeting tasks
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience (i.e. Performance marketer, digital marketing, media sales) is preferred
- Proficiency in marketing tools (i.e. Google Analytics) are advantageous
- Work experience in social media platforms, digital marketing agencies, and MCN is preferred
- Experienced in the full life cycle project, from strategy to implementation
- Excellent in both written and verbal communication
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, data-driven, positive attitude, and eager to learn
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, efficient, and effective
