Job Responsibilities:


Razer Gold is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Performance Marketing Manager to propel the Razer Gold brand globally in the hypergrowth gaming community to become the preferred payment method, and destination for game top-ups.


You will work closely with Razer Gold's Global Head of Marketing, the business regional marketing teams and business development, product, engineering, and operations team of Razer Gold platform.

The position has the responsibility of developing and executing brand activations, promotions and marketing activities related to Razer Gold products (wallet, webshop, publisher stores, in-game) and content with the regional marketing teams to drive user acquisition, revenue growth and retention.


  • Support daytoday execution of performance marketing campaigns, budget monitoring and optimization of campaigns to achieve department KPIs
  • Track and report campaign results, analyzing key metrics and providing key recommendations to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives and audiences to optimize campaigns with datadriven decision making
  • Work closely with regional teams to ensure the success to regional performance marketing campaigns
  • Cooperate with other Razer business units to execute campaigns involving complementary Razer products and services
  • Good working knowledge of Facebook and Google's ecosystem with a strong understanding of the objectives for each format
  • Be in the forefront of gaming trends and take the lead in creative execution of content

Pre-Requisites:

  • Degree in Marketing with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English, with excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with tracking and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI
  • Experience with Facebook and Google advertising (Google Search Ads, Google Display Network)
  • Knowledge and experience in Programmatic Advertising/DV360 would be a plus
  • Detail oriented, with strong demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Strong selfstarter, excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to interact with business partners as well as management and peers
  • Selfmotivated, highenergy and a passion for online games
  • Ability to work across timezones and cultures working on weekends may be required for business purposes
