Accounting Manager - Singapore - OXALIS SHIPPING CO. PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsible for yearly budgeting and forecasting.- Manage working capital effectively by preparing monthly cash flow projectins for all payables.
- Handling Periodical GST submission. Maintain GL and full sets of financial reports.
- Review of legal documents/contracts and terms.
- Review of management accounts and related statutory reports in accordance to IFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Monitor and analyse monthly results/variances and perform financial review to directors, and report to Head Office.
- Prepare relevant schedules for Financial report,attend to Audit and Tax Agent's queries. Coordinate and responsible for statutory audit and company income tax, where required. Draft financial statements for respective entities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timlines.
- Ensure that related companies adhere to the Group's policies and procedures in relation to finance and accounting related matters.
- Assist with any other duties assigned by supervisor when require.
