Description
Incumbent is responsible for all marketing communication activities. Oversees brand strategies, marketing communication and partnerships to grow and scale business opportunities across South-East Asia markets.


Marketing

  • Ensure marketing and communications strategies are aligned with business objectives
  • Continually understand and research about brands' current and potential customer demographics, psychographics and behaviour aligned to trends and industry developments to guide all organisational stakeholders
  • Lead planning, budgeting, and execution of strategies to increase audience engagement and brand awareness in measurable terms across both online and offline platforms
  • Liaise with business partners on tactical campaigns, and vet relevant communications materials.
  • Manage all touch points of brands' customers, including all social media accounts to ensure consistency from design to content generation to copywriting
  • Monthly budget analysis on marketing spending to ensure spending in line with marketing objectives and planning
  • Manage and execute all media, Ad buys and PR communications and events
  • Work with eCommerce team in aligning ecommerce communication on marketplaces
  • Digital analytics, monitor competitor activities

CRM

  • CRM analytics reports to provide customer insights and propose action plan to close business gaps
  • Plan and prepare briefs and assets for monthly communication campaigns
  • Lead planning, organization, and execution of CRM events to engage and loyalize clients
  • Plan and execute rollout of CRM program initiatives
  • Lead planning, updates, and execution of CRM projects (eg. automation journey)
  • Lead customer service mailbox for marketing and CRM related queries

Cross-Branding and External Partnerships

  • Identify opportunities and lead execution for crossbranding and external collaborations that are favourable to business objectives, to drive recruitment of new customers for the brands and improve sales

Offline Retail

  • Work with Store Operations team to drive sales (improve footfall and drive conversion)
  • Support the planning and execution of offline A&P activities and special events with marketing strategies including marketing and VM collaterals, promotion sites and communications materials.
  • Manage production of marketing collaterals and instore communication
  • Coordinate and align online and offline event calendars
  • Other adhoc duties as required.

Academic / Professional Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications preferred

Work Experience

  • Min 3 years' experience in marketing role
  • Experience in CRM and digital marketing preferred

Required Competencies

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Creative and strong analytical skills
  • Good command of written English
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva will be an advantage
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of retail experience
