As part of the RPG family, Children-in Care Services (CIC) safeguards the safety and well-being of children and young persons in Singapore.

The science and art of our work remain very much firmly rooted on keeping children safe from harm, working in partnership with families and stakeholders.

What you will be working on

Responsibilities:

As an Officer, you will:

Conduct investigations to assess if unethical practices are adopted to source and match the Child to Applicants;
Provide necessary support to partners who will need assistance in their investigations into unethical practices;
Manage adoption related enquiries;
Any other tasks/projects that will be assigned.

What we are looking for

Functional/Technical Competencies
Tertiary qualifications. Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminology or related fields will be an advantage;
Experience in the social services, investigative experience or experience engaging clients in will be an added advantage;

Able to work calmly in highly stressful situations and environment;
Be tenacious and resilient in handling difficult situations/ aggressive clients;
Have a high level of emotional resilience;
