They're on a look out for Senior/Process Engineers to join the team during an exciting time in their development.

about the job

• Real time monitoring & analyzing of SPC charts, including troubleshooting cases of non-conformance
• Working with production & maintenance to analyze lots on hold immediately & optimize overall process cycle times
• Monitoring of Data trends for in-process specifications using SAP, PDA and other tools
• Analyze real time problems, study & implement corrective actions
• Implement required tools to support production processes, process specifications, procedures & TPM
• Provide guidance & work hand-in-hand with Equipment Engineering Team for machine issues
• Investigate customer claims and support our frontline in root cause finding
• Support in the development of new solutions for our products.
• Execute, maintain and champion PFMEA on all critical processes
• Provide technical support on process quality or process standardization for product/process industrialization
• Facilitate and Involve in LEAN Projects
• Provide Technical training to Technicians on current & new processes
• New Equipment Installation Follow-up and Process Setup
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans for the installation and setup of new equipment and follow up with machine qualifications
• Lead the integration of new equipment into existing manufacturing processes
• Execute, maintain and champion PFMEA on all critical processes

job requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Material Science Engineering preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer with machine commissioning experience
• Possess knowledge of non-ferrous metal processing (i.e.stamping, rolling, annealing and slitting )
• Problem solving methodology - SPC tools, DOE, FMEA & LEAN techniques
• Strong data analytical skills
• Basic skill in SAP (Material management)
• Overseas Training in Germany will be provided (subject to responsibility)
• Willing to work in the West
