Description
Responsibilities:
- Familiar with the company's legal management model, system and process, able to identify risks for the company's overall business decision-making, and provide professional legal advice.
- Deeply participate in new product development and iteration, provide legal compliance advice on products and company operations, and be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts with suppliers, customers, and all business partners and/or third parties.
- Take the lead in sorting out the anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing requirements of each business line, identify risks, and improve the risk management of anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing;
- Designate and update the legal compliance system, and manage internal control matters, including archiving management of important documents such as licenses, contracts, and seals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, strong oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English, English can be used as the working language;
- More than 5 years of experience in the compliance business field of well-known international law firms or equivalent positions in blockchain and mutual gold companies, and have a deep understanding of the regulatory requirements and compliance systems of relevant countries;
- Able to handle multi-tasking flexibly and good at communication.
